For Companies

AI adoption is a leadership problem before it is a technology problem.

A briefing for executive teams on governing, validating and scaling AI with confidence.

01 Know the boundaries

Start with domain knowledge.

  • Learn what AI can do, and what it cannot.
  • Name the benefits it can bring to the business, and the harm it can cause.
  • With that understanding, you decide where to draw the line in either direction.
  • That line is the foundation of your governance.

02 Govern across the organization

AI touches every department.

  • AI is a general technology, so it overlaps with legal, security, compliance and operations.
  • Name your AI governance committee.
  • Write the policy: how the organization weighs the benefits and the risks of AI.

03 Align the leaders

The barriers are human.

  • Fear of the unknown.
  • Insecurity about what you know.
  • Defensive skepticism that holds back valuable change.
  • These are people problems, not AI problems.

04 Answer the real questions

Leaders will ask hard, valid questions.

  • What if AI makes a policy decision that creates legal liability?
  • What if AI creates a material deficiency in a regulated environment?
  • What if AI is prompt injected and PII/PHI is exfiltrated to the dark web?
  • What if AI hallucinates business metrics that lead to damaging decisions?

This is a people problem, not an infrastructure, technology or adoption problem. Get leadership on the same page, with the risks and the benefits in view, so everyone is comfortable sailing together.

05 Approve before you deploy

Validation and Safety Reviews

  • The governance committee owns the approval process.
  • It covers any introduction of AI: a tool, a pipeline or an agent.
  • Measurable: true positives, true negatives, false positives and false negatives.

06 Measure in production

Keep humans in the loop

  • Record what the AI recommended and what the human accepted.
  • Measure drift as real-world data changes: new emails, new content, new formats.
  • Update the pipeline through a controlled process.

07 Show the evidence

Evidence moves leaders.

  • Scientific measurement of real data, in a real process, producing real value.
  • With proof in hand, it is far easier to move past fear, insecurity and skepticism.

08 For Smaller Companies

  • Can skip the paperwork
  • Still need to do the ground work
  • Don't fly blind

Exit Velocity

We don't get involved until your organization is ready to run a fleet of agents.

Launch-ready checklist

  • Employees are using an enterprise AI chat such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini.
  • Organization is comfortable with agents working within Word, Excel, and Presentations.
  • Leaders are comfortable with the benefits and risks of AI.
  • AI is making recommendations and humans are confirming them.
  • Engineers are comfortable with AI.

We know we are not for everyone. If your organization is launch ready, we have the rocket.
